1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fotoblend ("the Service"), operated by Fotoblend ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fotoblend is an AI-powered photo blending platform that allows users to upload images and create composite, blended, or stylized images using artificial intelligence models. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content & Image Rights

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them through our AI models solely to provide the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to use all images you upload. You must not upload:

• Images of other people without their consent
• Copyrighted material you do not have rights to
• Illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
• Content depicting minors in any inappropriate context

5. AI-Generated Output

Blended images created by the Service are generated by AI models. We do not claim ownership of your output. However, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. Commercial use of output is permitted on paid plans only.

6. Credits & Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Free accounts receive a limited number of daily credits. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service; attempt to bypass rate limits or credit systems; use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal use; resell access to the Service without permission.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or refuse to process content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We employ automated moderation on uploads and outputs. Violations may result in account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
